wala kau sure kau kay sa finance dept. lang sa atong government, naglalis na sila og nag-blame sa gamay nga tax collection nga wala mo-meet sa ilang desired nga quota.

hmm, di siguro that effective ang assessment and collection of the BIR. well, trabaho jud na sa admin para naa tawn tay fund to defray the expenses of the government. ug mayta tanan for public purpose jud, not for personal or private transactions. uso baya kay na sa atong government. hehehe

oo! nahan bya kog parliamentary system henz! however, considering our power-hungry politicians who want to always perpetuate themselves in power, a parliamentary system could not help. it might even worsen the situation...the Prime Minister is in office as long as the Members of Parliament do not give a vote of no confidence to the PM...however, if we adapt a parliamentary system now, Gloria will be enjoying the power of her office because of her minions in the Senate and Congress...and another, party-system in the philippines is not rigid, or we do not have stable political parties...this is a requirement for a parliamentary system since citizens vote for the party...proportional representation man ang electoral system...if we try to look at our political party system, it is characterized by mushrooming of political parties and politicians are fond of political turn-coatism...

nindot man ta, but the political parties itself are having conflicts within their grounds, dili kau magkasinabot, just like now in the election for house speaker, parties that are for the government are even having troubles among them to whom they should support. hayz.. sila ra gyuy mabulahan kay pondo ra man ilang apas.

basta walay klaro ang political parties sa philippines...but its a characteristic of asian na governments...

mao gyud, tatak na kau, lisod kau usbon kay ingon pa nila "mao namay naandan, padayunon nalang". hehe

it a manifestation of asian values...
but let's not lose hope sad oi....
there's always a way out...
who knows???
in the next 5 decades kay philippines na ang sole hegemon sa world...

yah. all we have can do is wait for change.

oo! labaw na with technology, less and less youth become interested in things like that...

mao. they have become addicted to the advancement of the modern world. or should i say have been so dependent to it.

ang youth krn idealistic..
they just hav there own ideas...^^,
wa tah kbw ang ilang idea of a better place ky e-improve ang modern world...
ideas are worthless w/o actions...ma-remain ra jud na clang ideas..naa sa atohng mga huna2...

ideas nga effective kung atong gamiton, pero kung dili. wala gyud.
